Bookmaker brands and the companies behind them

Read the product-specific terms before registering; do not assume that an Irish betting licence covers a brand’s casino or poker products.
Is betting legal in Ireland under GRAI licensing?
The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland opened applications for remote betting, remote betting intermediary and in-person betting licences on 9 February 2026. Remote betting and betting intermediary licences took effect on 1 July 2026. Licensed operators must verify age, pay out winnings, refuse credit and credit cards, and close accounts on request. GRAI says in-person betting licences follow later in 2026. The linked operator terms identify the relevant entities and licence details. Check the current GRAI information and the exact product you intend to use.
Betting exchange or sportsbook: what is the difference?
A sportsbook sets a price for a selection; an exchange brings together opposing positions and may charge commission under its rules. Compare fees and liabilities as well as the displayed odds. Only place a bet when you understand the maximum amount at risk.

Why PokerStars Sports is no longer listed
PokerStars’ official exit FAQ says its sports product became unavailable in Ireland from 1 July 2026. It is therefore excluded from this sports directory. A brand’s presence in an older comparison is not proof of current availability.
Use the directory as a starting point
Search the cards, open the eligibility details and follow the primary-source link. The alphabetical order is not a recommendation. The comparison tool presents basic verified fields so you can see where the legal entities or product scope differ.
Keep play within limits
Betting is legal in Ireland only for adults aged 18 or over, and the operators we checked require it too. Check all other eligibility conditions too. Our Irish support page links to GamblingCare and GRAI help information. For football without a betting account, open Live Score.
