What the published rules say
Social poker and promotional sweepstakes have separate conditions. A sweepstakes record is not a state online-poker license.
Social poker is not a state poker licence
Global Poker’s promotional rules describe a sweepstakes arrangement. That is distinct from a state-licensed real-money poker room. The dated sponsor document supports the source check here, but readers should confirm its current version before considering prize participation.
State restrictions recorded in the sources
This is the restriction information captured on October 18, 2026. It is not a complete legal determination or confirmation of current access in any other state.
Named exclusions
Before using Global Poker
- Confirm the current age requirement, your physical location and any residency rules.
- Identify which coin balance or game mode you are using. A purchase of entertainment coins does not itself establish a right to prizes.
- For any promotion, read its own entry, identity-check, redemption and deadline conditions. Do not rely on an older offer description.
